H&V disney jr breakfast and signing up for jedi training

Hi, ADR day on Saturday and I'm hoping to book this breakfast on a Monday which is not EMH. What time should we book the ADR for? If we can get a ppo one are we able to sign up for jedi and then go to the ADR or do we have to wait until after we've eaten.
Doing a dummy booking I can get 8, 8-15 and later on 30th July.
Please give me some advice.
Thank you.

Jedi sign up opens when the park does. The participating child needs to be present at sign up. Personally I would get to the park before opening, go straight to sign up at rope drop and then have breakfast. We waited 40 minutes in the queue for sign up having actually got into the park 10 minutes after opening (despite being there 20 minutes before opening!) on an EMH day

I would book the 8 am breakfast. They will let you through at 745 and you can check in for breakfast and then sign up to Jedi training before being sat( booth is about 50 m away) make sure you have kids with you. There was no one waiting when we checked in and made it really hassle free. Have a great time.

In oct they opened HS about 30 mins early, then stopped everyone at the end of the street, then invited people to walk down to Jedi training, we then waited about 45 mins to sign up, they did give up a free FP for our time though

You can only do that though if Jedi Training sign up is open earlier than park opening time. It wasn't when we went in May.

You'd be hard pressed to be done from an 8am adr by 850am so you could make sure you're first in the sign up queue. You definitely wouldn't get your money's worth in terms of characters etc. We find 90 minutes is about how long it takes for a character meal.

You could nip out from the restaurant with your son to do the sign up perhaps...

Hmm- now I'm wondering whether MDE will let me book 2 breakfast ADRS there- one at 8 am and one around 9.45 so I can find out nearer the time what's happening with opening of sign up and cancel one?

It worked for us no problem but wasn't aware that Jedi training wasn't always open that early. We were done breakfast and on first ride by 850( and had seen all the character) so we will be doing the ppo Adr again in oct.
Good luck.
