Check your dining reservations - possible glitch

Hi all

There is a possible glitch on the ADRs so please check...

I had booked a reservation for 12 August 2017 and when I've checked the website today I had a reservation for 8th December 2017.

Now I could believe this was me if you were booking via a numbered calendar only but you have the month in front of you when you book. It this is a perfect reversal of the date, as the Americans use i.e. 12/08/17 which in US is December 8th... not August 12...

Better to double check rather than find you have a reservation 4 months away when you arrive at your favourite restaurant...

This happened to us in 2015 on mde. It was a right royal pain in the backside sorting it out. I thought they had resolved the problem by now but obviously not

Just logged in and checked all ours and all seem ok thank heavens. Gonna keep checking though just in case!

Just checked mine and the ADR I made for The Wave on the 11th Sept had been booked for the 9th Nov! Glad you posted!

I've just checked and (fingers crossed) mine all look fine. But I have had this problem before when all I did was amend the number of people and it changed the date of my reservation to be the reverse (had 7th Nov and it changed it to 11th July!). It was a nightmare because it was for BOG and they couldn't help me because there was no availability. I spent months trying to get a table back. I spoke to customer support about it for ages on the phone and they swore they hadn't come across it before!

One slightly worrying thing I just noticed when I logged in was that my 14 day ticket was assigned to someone I've never heard of! Its always shown my name before. I logged out and back in again and now it shows my name again. Very weird things are happening!

Just double checked mine and, thankfully, they are ok. The system still won't let me do online check in though. I just keep getting an error message! MDE is very glitchy it seems.

So pleased you got it sorted... I had notified Disney, but thought I'd best let people know... sounds like it something which has happened before.

Gosh that's a bit scary... lets hope its them trying to fix a problem and that won't repeat for any of us!

Yes it was quite scary & I had a little panic for a moment! I'm a bit worried to log back in now - who knows what I'll find this time!

Yes got it no problem. Funnily enough the same thing happened last month when I changed a Yachtsman reservation but luckily I noticed and was able to change it. I thought I'd made the mistake but now I see it's a glitch.
