That's right, they're just for the two parks and would be valid for July 2017. If you wanted a ticket to do Volcano Bay and the Universal Parks you would need to buy the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer ticket.

Thank you! Had been looking at universal last week but didnt want to end up with tickets for wrong year. Dont think I will go for 14 days with Volcano Bay as there are 5 of us and the increase is so much
