Boathouse on DDP

We added Boathouse to list of ADRs we want to make but quite a few menu items I like I wouldn't want to use 2 credits on. If we are a party of 3, can 2 adults use their credits (2 x2) and the other pay oop for something like the sliders?

I have this on my list and intend on doing this too. My daughter is super fussy so will hardly eat anything so paying oop for her food. No point wasting credits x
