$200 gift card with values?

So we've taken the plunge and booked the All Stars with the upgraded DDP

Do we get the $200 gift card? I didn't think we did, yet Virgin have added it on to our booking for us?

I've booked with Virgin, she confirmed on the phone i'd get it and it's on my invoice too :S

I just wouldn't question it. It might have been added as you've upgraded your dining plan. If you get it that's great. If you don't then you've not lost anything as you shouldn't get it anyway

yes, I wouldn't question it until you get there. when you get all your info pack before you travel it will tell you where you pick it up from ( usually disney store at disney springs ) so if you dont get the info, then I would query it then as its on your invoice!

I wish that disney would make the gift card standard for all levels of accomodation. im looking at AOA and its nearly as much as CBR for us with 2 rooms, so would get $400 gift card if stayed there, but none at AOA even though its the same price with the upgrade to DDP!

It says on the Disney website that the gift card is free with one of the dining plans - it doesn't specify that you have to stay in a moderate or deluxe hotel to get it. Thus if someone staying at a value upgrades from the free breakfast to one of the 3 plans (which the OP is doing) then they'll get the card - at least, that's the way it reads to me.

Thanks for this I booked with disney they said on the phone I would get it and I've got a value resort but upgraded the ddp but it's not on my invoice
Think I will call I assumed she had made a mistake!

We booked value and upgraded but did not get the gift card booking direct with a Disney. It does state in terms and conditions only for moderate and deluxe accommodation as I looked into this.
If you get it, be thankful and don't question it! X
