I don't have twitter unfortunately... they've apologised again through fb saying they've been out the office and a request to head office again I get nothing but apologies...

I remember your original post and assumed it had all been sorted as hadn't seen any other posts and seems crazy that after all this time it's still ongoing.
Hope the Credit Card Company can arrange a chargeback asap especially as the flights have been cancelled and you can get back into planning mode and put it all behind you. |

Chuffing Nora... I wish I'd seen this yesterday as I booked with them today.
I've received my invoice & ATOL invoice via email which I need to print off tomorrow, looking at it all through my phone it all looks fine. Can I also say I'm really sorry for your bad experience, this holiday isn't a cheap undetaking by any imagine & I really hope you get everything sorted, after reading this thread, I will be on the ball & watch their every step. |
