I phoned them yesterday and the guy I got through to was really helpful. He said they are waiting for the ticket details from Disney (and Universal) to send onto me. They basically base it on the date that I intend to use them.

I booked mine on the 6th June, it is now the 14th and I haven't received them yet. I am getting a bit worried. I emailed them today but haven't heard anything yet. What is other people's experiences?

Thanks just had a look it does state 2012 and when I try to put in dates for October it states not available 😁

It's fine someone else posted about this, think they called AA and told to ignore dates, when you get confirmation email it does say expiry Jan 2016 In part of it though dates for HHN say otherwise, obviously not updated system maybe someone who has received ticket can confirm for you this is wording on part of the confirmation...
Ticket expires in full on January 13, 2016; any unused days shall be forfeited.

I ordered my 5 day Disney tickets on the 7th June received email on the 11th but they are for July of this year, ordered sea world tickets at the same time but still waiting for that email
