Finally a refund coming

We finally got our money back from an insurance claim which has taken 6 months! We should have travelled April 3rd . We booked a package which thought was a safe option 🤷.
Won’t be booking with Pillinger travel again, wouldn’t refund.

In comparison, I booked next years flights with TUI via Paypal (as there was issue with credit card option), panicked due to lack of cover and asked if I could cancel and rebooked with my credit card. Refund was back in my account within 2 days!

Exactly the same date as me so today is 120 which they said is the maximum I would have to wait. I whatsapped them earlier this week to remind them and they replied it would be done by today but could take ten days to show. It's really poor by Virgin there does not look to be any system of when refunds are paid judging by this thread. I am not 100% sure I'd trust them with my money again!

I finally received my refund from Virgin this week for my flight in June. I didn't chase them up at all and it was paid 2 days after I received that letter. Hope you get yours shortly.

My flights were cancelled in July. didnt receive an email & noticed last week refund had been issued to my credit card on 9th October.
