I know this has been a bone of contention but I need to speak to VH as balance is due within the next week and have the following problems

Flying from Glasgow - not going to happen

Staying at Coronado Springs in October - not going to happen and need to know where we are going to be staying now

Dining plan reduction in price - don’t know what balance of holiday will be

If flying from a London - need to book flights from Glasgow to Heathrow & book accommodation there

If someone can help as every call I make tells me that they won’t accept calls unless you are travelling in 14 days 😕

Our balance due date has come and gone. Still none the wiser, can’t get hold of Virgin. The customer service has been awful! We are supposed to fly 14 August - I’m just now waiting patiently to receive a call. I’ve filled in the call back form as that’s what they are saying to do

just received an email from VH advising that my holiday has been impacted to the changes in flights and resort - very generic

I have also been presented with my £375.00 voucher if i wish to re-book for next year or another form for me to fill in whether i want to discuss the current holiday (last ones filled in 4/5 June and still no contact made)

Looking more likely we aint going anywhere this year
