I agree but the owner's mother was the one that brought Splendid China to Kissimmee and it appears to be more important than rental income to him.

I would be heading for Publix 5 minutes further at Orange Lake. That Walmart is horrible for food IMO.

I have a new theory. He has been planning a massive redevelopment and expansion for years and it suited him to leave it to deteriorate over the past decade. As I have just added to a similar thread, they are planning offices and apartments at the back and alot of changes to the plaza. No official plans yet.
