Magic kingdom evening hours

Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping safe

Is it worth doing the 8-10pm magic kingdom extra magic hours? Or is it just crazy? I'd love to hear your experiences

I don’t think it is crazy to try it out, you can always leave if you don’t like it. I haven’t been but DH went once and didn’t enjoy it as too busy and no fast passes. I think I would prefer the morning extra magical hours.

Extra magic hours were better when they were 3 hrs long September 2007 Epcot was open 9pm to 12am and I got every ride done that was open in Epcot fast forward to 2011 when it was 2 hrs we only got Soarin and test track done. Didn’t do any in 2016.

We absolutely loved it last year. I think they were 10pm-12am and we enjoyed BTM and splash in the dark!

I really enjoyed the late EMH, I prefer them to morning to be honest! I find that it becomes very quiet, especially as it gets later on, so can get on rides no problem. I think we rode Space Ranger Spin three times in a row with no wait to get on. If you're not great at staying up late I can see that it wouldn't be enjoyable, but I highly recommend! I find morning EMH's much busier, as kids are all up and about.

The later the better ... I find that EMH that ends later it is quieter towards the end.
