KLM- refund or voucher

I just checked our KLM flights for this summer and spotted that one of our flights (ATL-MCO) has been cancelled
As such it appears we are able to get a refund on all our flights o a voucher + 15%
Given we are planning on just going next summer instead- Universal and Disney tickets have rolled over to next summer as has a night at Hard Rock what would people advice. Taking the money would give us greater choice of carriers but having an extra 15% which equates to £900 would help offset any likely price rises for next year. Also our travel insurance would still cover us for Covid issues if we take the voucher but not if we rebook
Would be grateful of peoples views
