If you send your message and get an automated response, resend your text again and an actual person will answer you eventually.

I sent my message twice in a row on Thursday and got a response on Friday. Nothing of any use though. Been waiting on a refund since 25/04 and they just keep saying there's a backlog and no timescale can be given.

Thanks for the tip. Wanted to get prepared to ask for refund as I'm sure they will cancel my holiday any day now.
