It's likely been posted, so please merge if needed.

Has anyone heard anything upto date regarding the offer and if and when it will be released.

We are holding off booking for next May until we hear something concrete regarding the free dining.

If you go into ADRs , dining And restaurants section lots of threads in there. Truth is no one knows yet. We are hopeful it will come soon but we are all just waiting.

No, nobody has heard anything as Disney do not pre-release this information. Nobody will know anything until it is announced.
