Have you had your Gatwick flight changed yet?

I'm on hold to them now trying to find out what my options are. I don't want an open ticket so will go for a refund if I can

Our return flights, the kids on 31st oct and ours on 7th nov have both been changed to flying into Heathrow and plane change to 330, but we've not been assigned seats. I keep checking as its the kids first time flying home alone so want then to be together.
Our outbound on 17th still showing as from Gatwick on the 747.

Our return flight (28/10) has moved to Heathrow, with our Economy Delight seats transferred to a similar position. Oddly they have done it as two adults in one row and 2 children in the next. Just waiting on the outbound now (10/10)

I go end of October and have still not been moved to Heathrow flights.

Did virgin or you assign the new seats? Ours is completely blank and everything is crossed out when we press select seat.

We aren't going until next October.Originally from Gatwick. If I
do a dummy booking on the same dates now I'm offered 11am flights from Heathrow. Should I assume that is now my new flight? Obviously on the virgin app I'm still currently flying from Gatwick.

VA customer services said they are planning on releasing the LHR flights in the next few days - July flights onwards. Said they are still planning on starting some flights in July and increasing in August. Flights seem to be cancelled up to 13th July

Has anyone managed to select their own seat on flights changed to Heathrow? Our outbound is still Gatwick so original seats I booked, inbound now Heathrow but when I click on select seat all seats are crossed out.

Mine was like that the first couple of days but then it changed and I was able to switch seats to ones that suit us better but there were very very limited options - there were only about 8/9 rows with free seats and even then some were part full already
