Virgin Atlantic app / web login

So I have been able to access my bookings no problems on the app and website since I booked last year.
Tonight I try to see if my flights for Sep have the updated plane and I can’t login in on app or website. Tried to reset password and it says it can’t process it right now.

Anyone else have this?
Could it mean they are updating my flights as I type this or just general website glitching...

Where are you flying from? We are Manchester and it still has us on the 747

We are glasgow, we were still on the 747 this morning but since we are PE I don’t think there are enough seats on the new plane type so wanted to try and make sure we are sat together (hence the constant checking)

We are flying 12 th sept man - nyc 4 nights then onto Orlando , I can still get into my booking and it is exactly the same as when I booked it ! Seats still booked too and still on 747.
I think we are the chosen ones still going on the jumbo too!🤣🤣🤣

To be honest I’m really thinking now I will be cancelling and loose deposit! Will sit and wait until July, I have to wear full ppe at work therefore am definitely not going on holiday to wear a mask too!

We are flying in December. I could access my flights earlier and they were still showing from Gatwick. I haven’t been able to login since about 7.30 tonight.

We are booked LGW/ MCO in August and we are still showing as on time , on a 747. Am thinking that Virgin are moving the flights over that they are more confident will go ahead, and leaving the bookings with closer travel dates on the system so it will be easier to cancel them off. After all no point in wasting time moving them over if chances are they will end up cancelled anyway 🙁
