Question about virgin wedding packages

When we got married in Vegas we did our whole holiday Inc wedding thru virgin, my SIL wants to get married in Florida, she wants to book a virgin wedding but wants to book flights and hotel thru
VA and not as a package thru VH. Can you do this or can you only book a virgin wedding if you do the whole holiday with them?

I believe you have to book a VH package with them too, you can't book just the wedding

Oh that's a real pain, as it's much cheaper to do flight and hotel diy, I think I'll call them next week as sil is not used to all this

Where is she planning on getting married? im sure she would probably be able to arrange it through the hotel or location with no problems
