Hi ladies
I am planning August 2016 same as OP. Hoping for Cypress Grove and also planning a wishes cruise on the grand yacht I'm glad I saw this post as was planning on a later wedding 3pmish but people recommend earlier to avoid storms? I have no idea what the weather will be like & have horrible visions of everyone passing out haha... surely it isn't that bad?

The planning is going well, although can't book the wedding until next month as we are having a Disney Memories wedding and I can't book it until six months before. Although my itinerary is more or less finished, apart from the wedding itself! Can book all our ADR's next week! Where are you marrying? We've chosen the Luau Beach at Polynesian Resort followed by in-room celebration and dinner at California Grill.

Congratulations, we got married at SBP on Boardwalk August 2013. It's hot, humid and like everyone said usually rains in the afternoon.
We got incredibly lucky and had no rain on the wedding day but the craziest storm I've ever seen the next day. My advice is speak to your planners about ice flannels to put on your wrists and neck whilst you wait for the ceremony. It really helped me cool down as I was boiling in my dress. |
