Should I have Christmas Eve off

Well two Christmas Eve off in a row, even though I had someone ring up at. 8-59 last night wanting a job today I am having longer off this year 4 days in a row. Because he rang so late and was rude I just said I couldn’t do it till the 30th.
Now back to today wife is still treating me like dobbie and has left me a list as long as Santa good boy and girl list.

I’m off today too I work in retail and got lucky this year having Christmas Eve off and not back in until January 4th.
I’ve already done quite a few jobs but need to go and clean the dining room shortly then wait for DD and 2 grandsons to visit this afternoon.

That beats being up on a roof! We close 23rd December this year (roofing suppliers) and go back 4th Jan but I have my husband and boys working at home this Xmas - they’ll just be grateful to be inside, although like you, they are used to being out in the freezing cold.
