Just need to get some meat on the bones.. but looking good so far.
I notice you've only got 1 MK day, is that what you were planning on doing? Or were you possibly going to hop to MK later in the day on one of your other park days? Have you looked at restaurants for the park days?

It was a mistake so I have changed MK to the 19th instead of Hollywood Studios.
We will just be doing QS in the parks and a couple of restaurants at Disney Springs. Last time we went, I felt we were driven by restaurants, hence the decision for QS this time. Parks will be heading to in the mornings and leave maybe mid/late afternoon.

Fair enough. For QS as they appear to really pushing mobile ordering at the moment I would still have a look at those options ahead of time and see what your preferences might be. Having watched some vlogs recently it seems to be a good idea to know what you want and when you want it so you can order ahead early, and can be beneficial to book a time slot outside the usual lunch/dinner times as the wait times seem to be far less.
I get what you mean about being driven by restaurants. It can be a bit too military at times if you have ADRs booked all the time.
