I had this trouble with My new Truist one. I got it to work in the end. I know I changed the country to USA (with my normal uk address). Can’t remember if I also changed postcode to 00000 as well.

We had trouble with my husband’s card getting lost in the post. We went into a branch here and they were able to update the address so the postcode was on it, reset his pin, and also order a new card. They were also able to give him a temporary card on the spot valid for 30 days which he has been using without any issues. It isn’t contactless but is chip and pin so accepted everywhere and in their ATMs.

I've got the Visa Debit card thank god... also noticed you can log in and click on "accounts & cards" "card controls" then change "Locations" which I left .. but can change "Transactions Type" to enable to do most things like buy online or withdraw from ATM's...

Glad it worked - it was driving me nuts for ages as well! I have found I always need to put the country in as USA now when using it online. I didn’t before when it was Suntrust.

Well still no sign of that second card so back onto Chat today & now a 3rd one ordered Also mentioned that the Truist address details are really vague, first line is ok, then they have mis-spelt town & county & postcode is just a load of 0! Can't even take advantage of BG Friday 13th offer
