Cancelling DCL

Hi all,

I've got a Disney cruise booked for August which I'm probably going to cancel.

Is there a way to cancel online? I don't fancy ages hanging on the phone if I can help it.

Also, people who have cancelled before PIF date - how long did it take to get your deposit back?

You can just log in to your disney cruise account and cancel it this way, the spiel when you call DCL says this is an option. Only ever moved a cruise rather than cancelled so I can't help with a refund timeline - sorry.

Thanks. I couldn't see the option online when I looked earlier, I'll go back and have another look.

I called to cancel mine. The cast member was lovely. I think the money was back in a couple of weeks.

We need to cancel out cruise on the wish for 2023 and cannot get through even to join the queue. I can't find a way to cancel on-line , is there a specific section or different number to use?

I called them at around 10.00am this morning and got straight through. Maybe try and call in the morning. Hope you get it sorted
