TUI - Confused about tickets
Hello,
We've booked a Disney holiday at the end of Sep through TUI. I've never been to Disney before, and I'm rather confused by the situation about tickets. On my phone, I have the Disney App. In this app, it lists two tickets (14-Day PDS Special Offer Ticket) for me and my partner. However, in the original booking confirmation email from TUI it says: |

Yes. You will need them to get into the park itself through the turnstiles. The fact that you can see them online means you’ll be able to make dining reservations etc.

I am also confused by tickets with TUI. I don’t have the message above - does the fact that I am staying on site impact the process?
With regards to Universal tickets it states they will be emailed when 12 weeks from holiday start and I am less than 10 weeks. Has anyone had experience of getting tickets through TUI lately. Were they late? |

as long as my disney experience has you, your partner and the correct tickets then you are golden. My tui booking did not automatically populate, i needed to link the tui reference code in my booking to MDE, MDE then populated with my hotel, check in/out days so I could then go and do my reservations etc
The next step is to get your park reservations in place. Then any advance dining reservations done. finally gwt a rough sketch of what you want to do. Have fun! |

Ok - sounds like my Disney tickets are sorted then. I have a plan for ADR day on Sunday.
Might have to call them about my Universal tickets though as no details for those. |

No, you don't need to do anything with yourtuiparkcode. That's just for people who booked with TUI and are staying offsite. Offsite folk do need to get their Disney ticket details from yourtuiparkcode. I have no idea why it mentions those staying at a Disney hotel.
BTW, I assume you are staying onsite and have therefore linked your package to you Disney account (via the app). BTW2, if I was staying offsite and had booked Disney tickets with TUI then I'd want the ticket details a lot earlier than 35 days (5 weeks) before the holiday.
