Disney Base Tickets
Have searched and searched to try and answer this question to no avail but I know someone here will say yes or no.
We last went to Florida in 2017 when we purchased 3 park 14 day Universal UK tickets and 2 day Magic Your Way Disney tickets, we only did MK and HS. I'm sure I could use the Disney tickets on any two days out of fourteen, we definitely didn't use them on consecutive days. We're going in July and I wanted to do the same again but with 3-day tickets but all I can find are date specific tickets so if I buy 3-day tickets I have to use them three days on the trot, is this correct or am I just not looking in the right place. Really hoping I wasn't going to have to buy 14 day Disney tickets as we have so much else planned it will be a waste of money. |

I don't think the magic your way ticket exists anymore.
The base tickets are much more restrictive now. On Undercover Tourist the 3 day base ticket shows it can be used over 5 days. |

No longer have 14 days to use, they stopped this in '19 (I think) so now are all date based, you pick your date, & although it's not exactly set in stone you do have to contact them to amend it & pay any difference! As other poster stated its 3 over 5, I'd guess it's 2 over 4. On top of that you also have to make park reservations or you are not getting in !

Thanks for confirming my thoughts, looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and buy 14 day tickets.

Seems a bit "extreme" for a couple of days! Even a 2 individual tickets will be a lot cheaper than over £500 each!

Sorry to crash the thread, but we're looking at buying 3 or 4 day tickets for this August - if i get the e tickets from Undercover tourist does anyone know if i can pick up the physical cards from Disney Spring guest relations still? (we don't have any magic bands)
A few years back I bought tickets from the Disney US site (didn't need a VPN back then!) and did it there, just less stressful than at the park if you're trying to rope drop! |

For a 3-day ticket you have to use the 3 days within a 5 day validity period, which starts from the start date that you select. So the 3 days don't have to be consecutive, but you only have a short 5-day period to use them in.
Disney changed their base tickets a few years ago and reduced the validity period of most of the tickets, especially the shorter tickets. They also aren't officially called Magic Your Way tickets any more either. So, unfortunately, you can no longer use a 3 day ticket over a 14 day period. You don't have to buy a 14 day ticket. That would be an expensive way of getting 3 days at WDW over a 2 week period. If you only want 3 days at Disney then you could buy three 1-day tickets with the dates spaced out over a 2 week period. Three 1-day base tickets in July will cost about 3 x $140 = £350 (approx). That's just £30 more than buying the 3-day ticket. For comparison, a 14-day ticket costs £469 in July.
