Disney 2023 - what’s the crack?!
We have avoided Disney for the last few years and favoured universal - however next year is a big family trip and will include Disney - there will be 10 of us
Few Qs - can I buy genie + in advance anymore for a reduced cost or is it £15 a day per person - can I have 10 people on MDE so I can book said genie + - if a couple of our group split off - can they access MDE and book their own genie + etc without messing up the others Normally just the 4 of us so confused! |

Sorry can't answer all the questions but you can't book genie+ in advance anymore, just on the day
I have linked MDE to my booking and it has an option to link to another phone so I'm assuming everyone can have access to it without affecting other people |

Currently $15 per day rather than £15 but who knows by 2023.
Regarding MDE you can all have separate accounts or you could have a single account for all of you or you could have a few but not ten separate accounts. They will all work. We are only two people so we have a single account with a single log in, the main account holder and the other added as family / friend. We both know the log in details so both use it to book things. An alternative is that we could have an account each and then link to the other account. It would work just as well, it just isn’t what we choose to do. If there were ten in my travel party, I would probably have at least one MDE account per smaller family unit. That way you can still link up and book for everyone at times but also gives the smaller family units a bit more control at other times when they split off. If you are staying onsite I believe you would need to have at least one MDE account per room anyway.

As far as making it "expensive" only if you were planning on a minimum of 8 -9 park visits in which case it was more expensive to pre-buy, as you didn't just buy what you need it was for the duration of your pass.
-I think that there is no restriction on how many you can have on MDE - Much easier for the "breakaways" to have their own MDE & you have them on yours as F&F otherwise it's you doing all the work- not sure on "permissions" but I think that whoever's MDE it is has to make the changes IYKWIM SD
