Standard SUV v Ford F150

Hello all
I was checking our car price today and found i could get a Ford 150 for 9 days 120 pound cheaper than the SUV we have booked. Was with Alamo brits by the way.
Very tempted

Id stick with the suv, remember there is no where to store your luggage in the f150 apart from the open trunk at the back 🙄

Don't forget the unwritten rule of America, you can leave absolutely anything in the back of a pick up truck and it will not be stolen. Its in the constitution

The pickups advertised on the rental sites say regular cab but states 4 doors and seating for 4 as there is only three
of us going would this be suitable as regular cab on Fords site has 2 doors and only 3 seats? ,as would need the larger one for cases in the bck seating area.

We have the F150 or similar booked for this summer. It was cheaper than the std car we had booked and we thought it would be a bit of a novelty. There are only 3 of us going, we can put a couple of cases in the cab if it rains, it’s only for the airport trips anyway.

Was tempted by F150 or similar for the same price as a full size just now, but stuck with the car for the same reasons mentioned above - mainly weatherproofing of luggage!
