Mobile Tui TOM 178 26th June

Anyone on the TOM178 from Man to MLB on Sunday 26th June? How did you find it?

Well we had a 2 hour delay due to plane not being cleaned even though it had arrived in 5hrs earlier. A bit hectic at security but we made it through ok.

We eventually took off after 2 passengers without correct paperwork got on, the other 2 never made it.

First time on the dreamliner and found the flight really bumpy with lots of turbulence. Flown lots to Florida into MCO or Tampa and I know you get a wee bit of turbulence but this was really bad.

On the plus side Melbourne was amazing, straight off the plane, round to pick up cases which came off quickly and we ended up straight through immigration in 5 mins.
Picked up our car and drove through the rain and got to the villa after 10pm! Such a long day after leaving Glasgow at 5am to drive down.

But, the sun is out, fridge is full after a Walmart trip and off to Universal in the morning. Happy holidays everyone.😎

We’re on this flight on the 17th July.
Looks like almost all the flights to MLB have been delayed for one reason or another.
Do you know what the incorrect paperwork was all about?
Was it Covid stuff?

Not sure, the pilot just said we were now waiting for 4 passengers due to incorrect paperwork but only 2 got on. I imagine it would be Covid vaccination proof or no Esta- but why do they not pick this up at check in instead of nearly 2 hrs after our delayed flight was due to leave!

Why did they need to show covid vaccination proof? That’s not been required since mid May.

Exactly was just going to say this
Don’t think it would be an ESTA problem either as surely they wouldn’t even be able to check in 🤷
