Boats, Bahamas and Boos: DCL October 2019

Introduction

Hi,

I am really missing reading everyone else’s trip reports, so thought that I would write up our trippie from October 2019. I have lots of photos and videos, but as I was not planning to attempt a report, I have no notes?! It was such an amazing trip though, I am confident that I will be able to add in plenty of little details .

So, if you haven’t read my previous trippie or food report, who are we?

First of all, there is me, Laura. A true Disney fan girl from childhood, who has been fortunate enough to have visited the Disney parks many times and who has now developed an addiction to Disney cruises. This was our third Disney cruise and I am going for gold membership!

My partner in crime is my lovely husband Nathan. Loves Marvel and Star Wars more than the classic Disney franchises and was adamant before our first cruise that he would hate it - he is now the one researching our next cruise trip.

We spent the half term week in Orlando and on board the Disney Dream around the Bahamas. We travelled from 12th to the 19th October, spending our first two nights at Disney’s All Star Movie. We then drove down to Port Canaveral to board the Dream for our next four nights on a Halloween on the High Seas trip. Finishing off our week long adventure with a night at Disney’s Polynesian before flying home.
