It’s my MILs. Totally random as a part of Xmas lunch but lush

1 pepper diced
1 peeled chopped onion
2ozs melted butter
6ozs fresh white breadcrumbs
3ozs roughly chopped peanuts
1/2 level tsp dried mixed herbs
1 beaten egg

Gently fry onion & pepper in melted butter for 10 mins till tender. Remove from the heat & add breadcrumbs, peanuts & mixed herbs. Bind mixture with beaten egg. Grease a shallow ovenproof dish or foil tray with butter.
Cook at about 180 degrees - takes approx 45 mins .
