As for paying a tax specialist - the bulk of the work is getting you a ITIN number, after that it's just filing paperwork on the remaining contracts. If you're selling them all at the same time you should be able to negotiate a reduced fee with a tax specialist.

We are not looking to sell right now, definitely want at least one more big Aulani trip before we think about it. ❤️

I’m still hoping that this summers trip to WDW will pull me back in to all things Disney World related, as we just haven’t been happy with the way things have been going there over the last few years 😢

We are going through the paperwork process and finding it rather stressful. But it has to be done and I will have to put up with it!

We are here now and have made the decision to sell when we get back. We have had a lovely time but the last couple of years have changed our priorities. We have a 200 point SSR contract so figure it might take quite some time to sell especially with so many contracts for sale but the time is right for us.
