Suntrust/Truist Merger

Just a word of warning as I'm currently on Online Chat as I write, whilst I've being paying in & paying my Dues, our Card has been cancelled due to inactivity! In the process of getting new ones now, so just a heads up for anyone in the "same boat" - only found out because I tried to pay for our ESTA's

Many thanks Shooby doo, we just tried both our Suntrust debit cards to pay a few dollars towards our dues, both didn't work and stated
One or more fields require your attention.
Your payment could not be processed. Please review your card information or try a different form of payment.


The required field that it referred to was the CVV 3-digit security code, so presume like you our debit cards have been cancelled, even though there has been recent activity on our account.

So your post is a great heads-up, especially for those leaving in the next few months as it should give them enough time to receive their new cards.

And for those going in the next weeks, you might be able to have your new cards sent to a local Suntrust Bank, such as the one in Celebration.

And Shooby doo, could you please follow up on how long it takes for your new cards to arrive.

I have just ordered a new one as I don't even remember the last time I used my card. Hopefully it arrive before I go in May.
It's changed my pin which is annoying, hopefully I can change it to something more memorable

Hi Iv'e just logged in to Suntrust (it will always be called that) and it gave me an option to order new card... so went through it and has UK address on so hopefully it will come next few weeks lol

I don't have a number for them but there will be one on the back of the card, I use this number to call usa

03332323232

Zip calls - you then enter in the usa number with dial code and its included in my free mins on my mobile.

There used to be an online chat function too.

I just log in online and it’s says something like “accounts & Cards so click on that and shows activity and order new card

How do you get the app- since the Suntrust one was deactivated I've been unable to download the Truist one
