Just remember that the BLC discount is if you book through The Walt Disney Travel Company (think that's what they're called off the top of my head). They are effectively a travel agent, so you don't get the same flexibility as booking direct with DCL. Plenty of people on FB have reported losing their deposits booking through them and then having to cancel because children not vaccinated etc.
Just thought I'd put that warning out there. Anyway, prices are CRAZY! Yes we love Disney, but seriously? Will definitely be sticking to other cruise lines! |

Thanks that’s interesting as the blurb says that you can call Disney Cruise Line after booking and ask for the code to be applied for the discount? I’d only book online via DCL. If I am successful booking next week I’ll chance a call and see if I can get the code applied

I just Googled it. Its an offer from The Walt Disney Travel Company , which like the pp said is a special travel agency for UK and and Ireland.
I took it to mean that if you booked the cruise through The Walt Disney Travel Company, you can call after the booking and get the discount applied. As its a specific offer from The Walt Disney Travel Company, you wont get it if you book direct through Disney Cruise website. If you want to book direct with Disney Cruise you need to make sure you are on the correct website disneycruise.disney.go/ not The Walt Disney Travel Company disneyholidays/ |

We did that cruise a few years ago and there was actually lots of Brits on board. More US of course, but plenty of Brits.

Excited about Disney
|
I surprised myself Last year with how much I enjoyed the Staycation cruise on the Magic, and something about the phrasing in the follow up survey email made me feel they were gauging consumer reaction in regards to offering more similar itineraries.
Being on the Dream is a great plus too, but I had hope for more than just two of the shorter ones. Would have been nice to see some of the 4 nighters in September too. So don't think these will work for me as don't fancy paying that much to cruise in August, not having kids I tend to do my trips outside of School holidays. Looks like I will be sticking with the Fantasy from Canaveral in November.

I was one of those that last year said it was doubtful they would do similar cruises. Short cruises just don't make enough money compared to the main European cruises. Even if you look at those that they have released they've priced them higher than Caribbean cruises because otherwise price wise it isn't worth it. They also will be reluctant to do into September as schools go back and their main revenue includes children.

Loved the dream but not at that price, double the price for a 3 days less not drinks, and no tips.
People will pay but for us it’s just not worth it. Enjoy everyone. I can book a 7 night all inclusive cruise and 4 nights in DLP for the same price ! In fact that’s a great plan 🤔 |

We did 3 nights at DLP before our DCL Med cruise in 2017. Got a train from Paris to Barcelona - absolutely beautiful journey right on the shore of the Med. Trippie in my sig if you are interested.
The only cruises I could afford of these itineraries would be the 4 day France and Spain. Unfortunately my placeholder runs out the day before…! So I don’t think I will be booking this time.

Getting Excited

I see the prices have already risen since they released the dates. Looking this morning even the cheapest options have gone up by £200 already.
I really fancied giving it a try but I expect by the time they go in general release next week they’ll be too expensive to justify.
