MNSSHP - DVC Booking 12th May?

I've been trying to find out what time to book this on Thursday without any luck. It's not even mentioned on the DVC site yet either. I'm sure I booked it online in 2019 but don't really want to have to ring to book! Any thoughts please?

You can book now however the discount is only up to October 7th. Any dates after that are full whack!
Discount is also $10

As my dates were after I just booked online. Apparently the discount should link but I’ve never found Disney IT to be that good!

I finally managed to book this morning using Tunnelbear Free VPN on the USA site, after I'd given up and thought I'd have to ring at 12pm!
The $10 DVC discount was there too, so saved $40.
There was absolutely nothing on the DVC website this morning, I think it's really bad that we're having to go through hoops to get the tickets!

No the VPN has to be turned on first or it’ll take you to the U.K. site.
Sign out of mde , then sign in again, hopefully that works.
If not, lots of helpful posts on here for those who have had a similar issue.

I got onto VPN, (Tunnelbear) made sure it was the American MDE not UK one, then logged in, went to events(?).
All the Halloween info was there and it said purchase near the top, so just went through that procedure. Got an email to say it was processing and confirmation email took about 6 hours. Good luck!

Can I just ask do you have to be a direct member to get the discount?
