Oh dear, have you told him that the Tramway rotates going up & coming down? 😃
So, even if he gets in & thinks he’s facing backwards (so can’t see all the way down), give it a few minutes & he’ll be facing forwards 😃
Plus there are 5 pylon stations on the way up/down; the car jolts & drops slightly as you pass each; you’ll have fun; your husband……😳😃

As you are staying at Humphreys, I can recommend a little walk to Fathoms on the Pier. Great hotdog and many local beers and the views over the city are amazing.

When we leave Palm Springs we are taking in Anza Berrego Springs for the metal sculptures in the desert - its not too far off route to San Diego.

I love the planning stage - its not long to our August trip.

He will shut his eyes anyway and stand (sit) in the middle of the tram. Lots of height activities in vegas too 🙈

Great thanks re Fathoms. I had it on my list of restaurants…. Collected from Aims sticky/ posts and other posts. Just reviewing them to a shortlist 🤣. I will definitely keep them on list
Hadn’t heard of Anza. Will look into it now, thanks
I am a planning obsessive…🙈🤣

Hope you have a wonderful trip Elaine x

Another great place; we stayed in Borrego Springs on our 2019 trip & drove from San Diego via Julian (nice little historic Gold Rush mountain town)
The views in Anza Borrego Desert are spectacular!
