Package & Grocery delivery to DVC's etc

Are WDW still accepting parcels/packages and/or groceries delivered to guests in advance of stay or during stay?

I thought they had suspended this service?

Hoping to get groceries delivered AND maybe some other nn food items from walmart or amazon.Thanks

They will accept deliveries. We had a grocery delivery in Feb. Officially they charge a small amount per parcel but we never got charged.

We had Amazon deliveries to both BCV & GF in February, no issues and didn't get charged. I had one parcel that I'd had to collect from the YC business centre as they apparently thought we'd checked out, but the other was in the room waiting for us when we got back one night.

Yes we used Amazon Prime Fresh for our stay at CSR in January. We changed our country location from the UK to the USA on our account and signed up for the free trial. We then ordered our food and cancelled the trial as soon as it was delivered.

For any items to be delivered to your room, there is now a charge. It was $5 the last time I used it but it may have increased. It's much simpler to collect it for free from bell services.

As a side note, I remember staying at Art of Animation many years ago and ordering a Garden Grocer delivery. I expected bell services to take in the order and have it waiting for me, but what I didn't expect was that they would take it directly to our Cars suite and then unpack and store the fridge items too. Such exceptional customer service and it was completely free of charge.

Sadly those days are long gone after being well and truly Chapek'd. I'm waiting for bell services to start charging a fee just for storing your groceries.

Can I ask what happens with any fridge items? Do bell services store them in a fridge or am I best to just order cupboard food?!

They can store fridge items as well.
We usually time the delivery for a bit before we arrive so we can collect when we check in.

At AKV, we ordered from Garden Grocer and our items were refrigerated at Bell Services.

Same thing when we move resort hotel. They took our fridge items and placed them in the cooler at our new resort hotel!

Thats what I call Disney service.
