TUI goodwill gesture T&Cs

Hi all. Possibly odd question but has anybody had a recent goodwill gesture from tui due to delayed flights? If so could you tell me the terms and conditions please?
Is it like a gift card or more strict with minimum spend, not allowed to use with other promo codes etc?

Not due to flight delay but had a compo voucher. It had an expiry date and only terms really where the new booking couldn't be within a 2 week period of booking ie last min holiday.

We uses ours on a trip to Greece, they apply the voucher to the balance of the holiday, this had to be posted. Just make sure you keep a copy of the voucher before sending it off.

We had our flight cancelled and a 26 hour delay coming back from Turkey in May. They were very quick (within a week) of paying out compensation, we got £350 pp. Separately we got a holiday voucher as a goodwill gesture/ apology of £800, with 18 months to use. I was very happy with that.
