Reactivating Universal annual passes

We had our passes frozen during the pandemic and were given a code to use to reactivate. Has anyone done this yet? Hoping it will be a smooth process when we go.

Yes, we did it in April. We went to guest services over to the right just before you go through the entrance to Islands of Adventure. Took about 10 minutes.

Yep very smooth. We did it in Feb. The line was longer than the process. Take your id, the email and your passes.

We did it in April, just take your reference / email they sent you when frozen and ID. We used the Guest Services just past Bubba Gumps as most miss-it / much quieter than the parks GS.

Also if you are parking that first day you will need to pay the $25 fee as your ap won't be active. Drop them an email before you go asking for them to reimburse the parking fee if you take the receipt to customer services. We did this and they refunded it back to my credit card.
Paid for lunch.
Dont forget to use the AP to get the 10% off food

We’re planning to go one evening first - we have seasonal passes so no free parking but you don’t pay after 6.
