There was only one day I dropped under 20,000 for the whole trip and that was Discovery Cove day (I didn't wear my watch!)

Edit: just want to add that if you’re someone who doesn’t walk much on a regular day then I would recommend starting to take long walks a while before your trip to allow your body and feet to get used to it. I walk a minimum of 10k steps a day just walking the dog so I was fine doing the steps we did but I’ve heard people who don’t walk much say the huge amount of steps at Disney cause them issues because they go from pretty much 0 to 20k plus.
Thanks Sam, i can walk for days but i was wondering for my kids in the heat, they moan about the 2 minute walk to school

Haha I can walk for hours but hate the 15 minute walk to the train for work!

We were usually in the parks from lunch time till late and averaged a minimum of 30k.

I actually lost weight on that trip and dropped a Jean size with the amount of walking we did!

We must be lazy 😂 - the most we did on our trip last week was over 18k, but as low as 10k on days we went to the waterpark / beach.

We're normally around 25k steps every day in the first half of the trip, dropping down a little in the second half of the trip when we're not doing morning and evening in the parks. But even on a lazy day we can do well over 15k steps. It's one of the things I record and write about in my trip reports.

We got back a week ago and this was my step count.
EPCOT 21,023
Animal Kingdom 19,457
Hollywood Studios 20,754
Magic Kingdom 21,009
EPCOT then MK for the fireworks 27, 082
HS then EPCOT for the fireworks 21,101
Shopping 24,846
More shopping 19,781
Universal 19,910
Universal 20,199
Universal 16,801

We had a couple of quiet days in the middle with a water park and crazy golf and we only reached about 12K steps those days.

We did over 200K in the 14 days we were away. One of the blisters on my left foot is still healing 😂😂😂😂

My average day at work when here in the UK is 41k steps, so my park days are, literally and figuratively, a walk in the park in comparison 😂 usually 25kish probably pushed down by standing on queues rather than constantly being on the move.
