Does he stalk you in a playful type manner, like hiding and bum wiggling etc. Or does he literally fly out of nowhere bite you and walk off? Tail wagging?
Trying to work out if it is aggressive or he's just hunting you in a playful way! |

Combination.
As soon as he sees me, I can see how demeanor change. Sometimes he'll stalk me from behind the sofa or chair...another time he'll literally run in the room take a chunk and run. He's drawn blood on many an occasion. Last week I was sitting outside with a cup of tea...he was fine...then he just leaps. At the moment if I'm alone indoors husband has to put him outside and I'm armed all the time with water. It's very waring... Another day he'll jump lay on my lap and sleep. We've just got into this cycle where I'm becoming scared of the cat I have to know where he is at all times |

Instead of water pistol would compressed air work (sharp hiss sound), I’ve seen Victoria Stillwell (dog whisperer) use this as a deterrent.
ETA. This was with dogs, got their attention and stopped them in their tracks.

The guy from My Cat from Hell - Jackson Galaxy is very good - he is on YouTube and Tick-tock.
Hope this helps and your little one settles soon. |

I was going to suggest some kind of detterant on your arm or something, but then you don't want him to completely avoid you do you.
The man in the video that has been posted is very good, I've watched his programmes before - hopefully his strategies will help x |

I agree, our cat who was always my lap cat, took to sitting right next to my husband during his chemotherapy, (unbeknown to me at the time my cat also had cancer - he is now sadly in cat heaven) but I remember saying that it was incredible how he knew something was wrong with my husband. I think your cat is triggered by your treatment Tinks. Its sweet really (sorry about your arms though!) its cat therapy!
