  • So, I'm not good at this blogging malarkey but thought it would be handy to post how much we are paying for our meals etc.
    We are a family of 3 (daughter is 13 so usually eats from adult menu)
    I hope this helps some people.
    I will try and add on to this thread throughout the holiday.
    Here we go again.

  • Our first meal was at Burger King , Edinburgh airport.


    Sorry, we had eaten it before I remembered to take a photo. I will try harder 😂😂

  • Tea and a biscuit - free

    We also had a round of drinks at the Hilton Gatwick bar - £39!
    This was for 2 pints, a coke, a sprite, a gin and tonic and vodka and coke. We were with friends

    Sorry, I got no food photos but we thoroughly enjoyed the food and drink here.

    There was wine, Coors light and magners. Tea, coffee, hot choc etc. A few different spirits. Fresh juices also. 3 or 4 different draught sodas. Food wise there were pancakes, cereals, yogurt, fruit, pastries, egg muffins, pulled pork, porridge and various topping for pancakes.
    Here we go again.

  • I always love an IHOP breakfast photo. This is going to be really helpful for people as there are often questions about how much spending money to take! Have a fab holiday. I'm looking forward to reading all about it.
