She needs to be very sure she'll be ok on the plane even with meds (and knock out ones arnt reccomended in case of emergency)
If she causes problems in the air and the crew have to take over she will be in a lot of trouble |

I think the Medes she is going to ask for is diazepam I have used them in the past so I have told her about them

If you let them know once you’ve boarded that your friend is a first time flyer and nervous they should reassure her throughout the flight if they have time, I’ve seen them do this a few times . That’s as much ‘assistance’ as you’ll get though but hopefully enough for her.
