After talking about then on an other post thought I'd add what else We make with it
Just making biscuits I sometimes add Parmesan rather than cheddar
blue cheese is amazing
Parmesan rosemary and chopped olives
Cheddar and chopped sun dried tomatoes
Parmesan and chopped figs and amazing sweet and savoury combination
DIL1 adds raisins and Wensleydale or chopped chillies and cheese
Dil 2 flattens it out to make a tearing sharing biscuitbto dipp in oil
DIl 3 uses it as a home made pizza base with most of the combinations above
The Rasin and Wensleydale version goes great with guacamole

I've a box in the cupboard I brought home in July and had no idea what to do with. Will have a go now!

Between us we are at the villa around 10 times a year Dil3 had never cooked in her life
Till DS3 and her moved in together all3 of my boys cook they got no option not to in here
Dil3 is actually a fantastic cook DIL1 a great baker and DiL2 as her and I share an allotment makes great preserves the case is only half full of foody things honest

Minnie just ask away have some cracking recipes from American friends as well that are so easy including a keep it in the fridge muffin mix thatba friend here uses to make fresh muffins to order in her farmhouse B&B
