Question for universal annual pass

For those who recently upgraded their 2 week pass to an annual pass did you have to show photo id

Yes. We just used UK driving licence. DD under 18 didn't need any.

I showed my driving license, she asked if I had any ID with my address on.

Once you have the annual pass it is synced to a fingerprint you do not need id unless it fails and then they want id to resync the fingerptint.

Thanks for the replies. Do all the people requiring an update to an annual pass need to show ID or just the one person who pays for all the upgrades

All adults had to show ID to buy an AP
