Collecting Disney tickets at Disney springs

We have a voucher not actual tickets can I exchange this at Disney springs or just the parks and if we can is it in big Disney shop we would do it TIA

You can redeem the vouchers for your tickets at Guest Relations at Disney Springs. Remember to take ID with you!

Yes you can pick up at DS, I think you park in Lime Garage, guest relations at DS is not far from there, it's not in World of Disney

Hi

A friend is staying on International Drive and planning on Animal Kingdom early the next day. Would it be better for her to pick tickets up at the airport or guest relations at Animal Kingdom? The gates open and 9 and she has fast passes for 9:35 across the other side of the park.

I would have thought that guest relations in the park would open at 8:30?

any advice?

You can exchange your voucher at the ticket office outside the park or at Guest Relations at DS.
