Man charged over tube bombing
Police have charged man in connection with the Parsons Green tube bomb.
Ahmed Hassan (18) is charged with attempted murder and he will also face a second charge under the Explosive Substances Act. Edited at 01:23 PM. |

Geoff. I spotted that just now. That will be a holding charge to get him remanded tomorrow. The Prosecuting Barrister will probably put dozens of other charges on the indictment for every person in that carriage. Probably 20+ attempt murder charges at least.

And now a trial that will cost thousands upon thousands of taxpayers money, a conviction then appeal. He will be put in a cell with TV and home comforts, fed 3 meals a day and provided with health care!

So pleased he has been caught and will be charged accordingly.
Of course he should be given a fair trial as the law states he is innocent until proven guilty. I do hope that life in prison, if found guilty, will mean life in prison and I do feel prisoners of this category should not have any privileges such as tvs. |
