Stir fry

Ok a bit random I know but after eating a plain stir fry I figured there may be some of you on here that would maybe have a nice sauce recipe to go over it I have tried numerous bought sachets but none seem to taste like much hence the plain one tonight surely I'm not the only one who doesn't like the bought sachets! I will try anything but have no idea where to start other than maybe soy sauce

I fry some garlic and onion and chicken and then add some soy sauce a big spoon of honey mix in some peppers, black pepper, lazy chilli and chinese five spice. I mix it all with some egg noodles and beansprouts.

1 garlic clove crushed
1 red chilli finely chopped
2cm piece ginger finely chopped
2 spring onions finely sliced
1.5tbsp tom purée
2tbsp dark soy

Mix all this together and let the flavours infuse for 30. Cook your stir fry as normal and then throw this in for your last 2 mins.

I have never stir fried cod, do the flakes not disintegrate during cooking ?

To be honest I am a terrible chucker in, so I do oil and soy and then whatever else catches my eye in the kitchen. I make gravy for casseroles in the same way. 😋
