Pancake recipe
Does anyone have a foolproof recipe for pancakes as the other half wants us to make some together tomorrow

I use Jamie Oliver's recipe , it's easy and fool proof .
1 mug of plain flour 1 mug of milk 1 large egg and one pinch of salt Edited at 07:16 PM. |

100g plain flour
2 eggs 300ml/½ pint semi-skimmed milk Whisk eggs and a bit of milk together with the flour to get out the lumps then add rest of the milk. Thats it!
