Dessert recipie - without flour

We have friends coming for lunch on Friday. All retired now and not managed to get them all together for years so going for simplicity so I won't have to spend too much time in the kitchen.
Slow cooker gammon, new potatoes and salad.

However two of them can't have flour - I was going to just do a Victoria sponge - but won't now.

Does anybody have any suggestions for a simple flourless dessert. Could do a cheese board -any suggestions for flour free crackers?

How about crustless cheesecake? Or flourless chocolate cake. Google recipes for either.

For low carb crackers Google fat head dough, made with low moisture mozzarella instead of flour. Apple slices and grapes could also be used in place of crackers.

Is gluten the issue? If so there are lots of recipes using almond or coconut flour for deserts.

Don't know if gluten is the issue. Just received email that they are attending - which is great - will look up cheesecake recipes, I can do that the day before. Unfortunately I have an intolerance to chocolate so no chocolate cake.

Thanks for the suggestions

What about a pavlova?

I make mine after dinner the night before, in the oven for an hour then leave it in there over night to cool - this is the most recent one I made bluebellbakes.wordpress/...ipple-pavlova/

I make New York vanilla cheesecake, a chilled one so no cooking, it's really easy & gorgeous, I prefer it plain but you can add fruit toppings if you wish

I'd go for either a baked cheesecake and use GF digestives (of gluten is the issue), pavlova, lemon posset, creme brûlée, panacotta, mousse, sorbet, ice cream or a raspberry and blueberry polenta cake.
