Southern fried flavour recipe

Afternoon dibbers! hope everyone is okay.

I am hoping that someone may have a good spice mix recipe to create that flavour that you get on all the pre prepared chicken strips etc you can buy in the supermarkets.

I have tried various combinations off line as no where seems to sell a pre mixed mix that you can add into breadcrumbs or whatever you want to use as a coating. We are doing the whole smash slimming world coating and have been trying to flavour it.

I don't understand why I cannot get it right. Tends to be a mix of salt and pepper, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic powder and onion powder and its well just not right at all!

Any ideas?

Flour salt pepper little chilli and curry powder for added spice

Dip chicken in egg then in flour mix and fry! Yummy xx
