Phil Vickery Turkey Recipe

So we did the Phil Vickery turkey for Christmas dinner, and family are still talking about it now! So we have decided to have OH's family over for Easter Sunday because we have never spent christmas day with them, so it'll be a nice new tradition.

So, I'm wondering, if we could use the Phil Vickery recipe to roast two of these (in the same tray) rather than one big turkey?

Should that work the same?

Tweet him. He's really friendly and has often replied to my messages. We have cooked our Christmas turkey his way for six years now and we adore it. I may do one next Sunday too now, as it's dd 10 birthday on Easter Sundays and family will no doubt arrive!

We cook our turkey his way and its always lovely, wouldn't cook it any other way

Can't see why you couldn't do it with the breast, but cut down on the cooking time?
